RCRA / Hazardous Waste Programs

The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) regulates hazardous waste from the time it is generated to its ultimate disposal. The management of hazardous waste demands close moitoring and control of all waste activities. Envisage Environmental, Inc. will review a facility's RCRA activities and check for regulatory compliance. Our Review will include:

• Checking site identification numbers and reviewing annual or biennial reports, waste minimization reports and written hazardous waste management plans.

• Inspecting hazardous waste storage areas and accumulation points for proper storage.

• Reviewing Preparedness and Prevention Plans and Contingency Plans.

• Reviewing personnel training programs for completeness.

• Reviewing D.O.T. manifests and disposal procedures for compliance.
